Antietam
The Battles of Antietam is against the Army of the Potomac and the Confederate. The Army of Potomac is Led by General George McClellan, while the Confederate is Led by Robert E. Lee. This was the bloodiest single day in American military history and ended in a draw, but the Confederate retreat gave Abraham Lincoln the “victory” he wanted before issuing the Emancipation Proclamation.

SECOND BULL RUN happened in 1862 in Mannassas, Virginia. The parties that were involved were the Confederates and the Union, the generals being Major ‘Stonewall’ Jackson and General Pope. It was important because the drove the Union out of Virginia.
